How do I take part of the Loyalty Program?
Just start placing bets with min odds of 1.3 (single, combis and system bets, bet builder, Early Payout all apply).
How to use free bet ?
Free bet has no wagering requirement. It can be used in both single and Multiple bets, with odds not higher than 3, and valid for 7 days. . For example, if a 10,000₸ Freebet is placed with odds of 3.0 and the bet is won, the customer’s account will be credited with only 20,000₸. That is, 30,000₸ (Winnings) – 10,000 (Free bet) a balance of 20,000₸ will be received.
How can I see which level am I currently on?
Live progress of turnover level can be seen on the progress bar once customer is logged in
Which bets are not eligible for Loyalty Program?
Bets placed with using Risk Free Bets, Free Bets, Deposit Bonuses are not eligible. Only real money bets qualify.
When do I get my reward?
Free Bets and cashbacks are paid out on the first day of each month. Cashback is calculated from the previous month’s net losses
Is my status level being carried over to the next month?
Calculations work on a monthly basis so after each month your turnover progress starts from 0 again.
What happens if I join and start playing from the middle of the month?
Calculation starts from the moment you start placing qualifying bets
What are net losses?
Net losses are calculated by subtracting your winnings from your total bets.
